#Do It

The truth about some things. We always want more than we have. We want more money, more free time to do the things, more patience from those around us, a bigger house, a better car, more hair, more healthy. More everything!

But, what are we doing to reach this? And, we really need to have more than we have now? What is the limit for our ambition? What is the real purpose of life?

Sometimes we are complaining about our job, that we don't like it, that we don't like the people who work with us, but we continue working, doing the same thing all the days. If we want change, we need to start the change, we need to be the owner of our destiny.

We need to be careful with our wishes. My opinion is that we need to do a list with our life priorities and follow it, and look if we really need what we wished. Maybe what we really need is less than what we desire. 

Otherwise, I believe that the graphic of our life must be an ascendent graphic, growing up always. The challenge is find the right balance, the right speed of this growing. Listen our hearts and follow our instincts/reasons.

If is inside of your list of priorities change of work, send CVs to another companies, go ahead, If one of your priorities is stay with your family and get some more free time, revise your schedule and do it. If you want more healthy do some exercises, take care of your feeding.

Follow the things that brings something really good to you. Follow the things that makes you happy and with your heart enlightened. 

So if you want, do it!! Don't wait too much, the life is short!

#Arturo

Arturo is a bear who lives at the Mendoza Zoo in deplorable conditions. He is 29 years old and his partner died in 2012. Now Arturo is alone in the Zoo. He was diagnosed with depression and his behavior is worrying. He comes supporting temperatures at 30ºc in the summer. If nothing change he will die, soon.

Has one Zoo in Canada called Assiniboine Park Zoo, which offers a better place to Arturo, with a natural environment, closest to the natural habitat of the bears. The managers of the Zoo in Mendoza said that he will not survive to the trip until the new Zoo. Looks like an excuse to keep him there.

Something needs to be done, and one ONG, called Change.org, is trying by a petition to the Argentina's President, Cristina Kirchner, the authorization to transfer Arturo to a better place. It's a shame that this is occurring.

So if you want to help Arturo signs this petition and maybe the President Cristina Kirchner by the exercise of your authority allows the Arturo's transfer. I've already signed. You don't need to pay nothing, unless if you want donate something around $5,00.

This is the link to the Change.org. We have almost 840.000 signatures, and we need 1 million of signatures to pressure the Government of Argentina.

#Three kinds of electors.

If we think seriously about the last survey to the President's election, we'll noted that exist actually three kinds of electors:

1) The electors who will support the actual President, because they need of the policy which has being used  so far to their survive. They need of the "bolsas" and a such numbers of subsidy to maintain their subsistence. These people, the most part, live in the north/northeast of the country and represent the majority of the electors. To these people the only thing that matter is the maintenance of his actual life condition, they don't care about other policies, like economic and financial.

2) Electors who are against the current president and prefer to vote for another candidate to vote for the current government. The only objective of these people is change the President, no matter who will occupy the chair of President. 

3) And finally the electors that answered the survey like blank and nulls. These people lost their confidence about the ways of the country. They lost their confidence in the politicians and all the corruption that involves them. They represent almost 20% of the total population of the country. This information is extremely worrying to our future.

I follow with the people who are in the item 3. I lost my confidence and I'm so tired  with this subject that I'm almost without energies to read or write about the directions of our country. I'll keep trying...

The only thing that I don't know yet, is if I'll vote blank/null or at the last hour I'll change my mind and support the guys of the item 2.

#Changes

Hi. I'm back.

I was on holidays since 06/13 until 07/01. I thought a lot, and a lot of things happened to me. And I didn't write anymore.

I'm passing by a change moment in my life with many projects that I need to follow. We are already in the second semester of the year and I can't lost more time. I need to change my focus.

Many certainties which I have need to be put in practice. I need to stop with old habits that don't let me move on. It's too lost time!

I know what needs to be done, and I will do it!

Pseudologia Fantástica

Eu acredito que a nossa Presidente deve sofrer de uma doença, um transtorno psicológico chamado: mitomania, ou pseudologia fantástica.

A pessoa acometida pelo mal, conta mentiras compulsivamente, em sequência. E o pior é que em determinado momento ela começa a acreditar nas próprias mentiras, já não diferencia a verdade da realidade, o real do sonho.

Após ler uma matéria hoje no Jornal Valor Econômico sobre um discurso da Presidente na convenção do PDT em Brasília, percebi que ela já pode estar em um estado avançado deste transtorno, tamanho foram as barbaridades que eu li. 

Seguem algumas. A íntegra está no link acima.

" Nós somos capazes de avançar, somos capazes de aprofundar a distribuição de renda, garantir crescimento com estabilidade"

" A inflação está sob controle e o País tem todas as condições de manter o crescimento constante e contínuo a partir de agora"

   Será que ela está realmente falando do Brasil? A economia está estagnada a quatro anos, nosso PIB é rídículo, as indústrias não têm capacidade de produzir produtos de qualidade que possam competir no mercado externo, pois não sentem-se seguras em investir em bens de capital. A inflação é controlada a mãos de ferro usando-se as estatais como a Petrobrás para que o índices não atingam níveis alarmantes. A distribuição de renda que a Presidente fala é a mesma política que desalojou milhares de famílias ao redor dos estádios sede da Copa e que até hoje não sabem onde irão morar?

" Mantivemos o emprego crescendo.....É uma conquista inegável. Quando todos os países aumentaram o desemprego para estimular o crescimento, nós não combatemos a crise assim"

    Sim, mantivemos os níveis de emprego crescendo, mas hoje temos um dos piores níveis de salários do mundo, em contrapartida temos um dos mais altos custos de vida. Não posso chamar isso de emprego e sim de alocação de mão de obra barata. Quais países aumentaram o desemprego para estimular o crescimento? Que fórmula é essa? Honestamente nunca li nada a respeito sobre tal técnica de aumento do crescimento mediante desemprego. Li sim, que quanto mais produzimos e vendemos o que produzimos, mais crescemos e se crescemos é porque alguém estava empregado nesta produção. 

 Eu realmente não consigo sonhar como a nossa Presidente. Vivo na realidade, trabalho e percebo todos os dias ao sair de casa que tudo o que ela acredita ser verdade, não passa de uma grande mentira, um engodo, ou melhor um transtorno psicológico.

Quero distância desta doença!!

#Canadá - Race

O GP do Canadá disputado neste domingo, trouxe várias emoções e a quebra da hegemonia prateada. Hamilton largou bem e chegou a ultrapassar Rosberg, mas Rosberg engordou a primeira curva e jogou seu companheiro para fora da pista. Na minha opinião, deliberadamente.

Os dois foram em comboio até a metade da prova, quando Rosberg começou a ter problemas com o seu carro, permitindo a aproximação de Hamilton. Após um erro de Rosberg no grampo antes da grande reta, Hamilton consegue a ultrapassagem, mas um problema nos freios não deixou Hamilton sequer contornar a chincane antes da reta de chegada e assumir em definitivo a liderança. Abondonou em seguida. Hamilton, ficou em situação complicada agora com dois abondonos na temporada contra nenhum de Rosberg.

Mentalmente, Rosberg sai em melhor posição do que Hamilton do Canadá. É fato que, historicamente todas as vezes que Hamilton vê-se pressionado ou em situação de desvantagem começa a perder a cabeça. Veremos se ele superou esse problema e consegue manter-se constante na briga pelo título.

Os problemas de Rosberg persistiram até o final, possibilitando à Ricciardo, após uma linda ultrapassagem em Perez, ameaçar a primeira posição. A duas voltas do fim o inacreditável acontece. Ricciardo consegue a ultrapassagem em Rosberg e assume a liderança. 

Já no pódio, Ricciardo não conseguia conter a sua felicidade. Mereceu!  Gostei, estou torcendo por esse menino. Até apelidei ele de Sorriso.

Vettel por sua vez, ainda está em fase de adaptação, mas fez uma excelente corrida chegando em terceiro lugar. Quase foi colhido pelo acidente de Massa e Perez na última volta.

Depois da reta de chegada, antes da primeira curva, Massa acerta em cheio a traseira de Perez e o dois batem forte na proteção de pneus. A primeira vista, me pareceu erro do Felipe, mas analisando depois outras imagens percebi que Perez já com problemas nos freios não consegue reduzir a velocidade e para não acertar Vettel, que ia a sua frente, dá uma leve puxada no carro para a esquerda, o suficiente para pegar Massa que vinha em movimento de ultrapassagem.

Não vou condenar Perez, mas acredito que é necessário uma conversa com o rapaz. O histórico dele já é extenso. Massa, por sua vez, precisa esquecer o que aconteceu, parar de reclamar e seguir em frente.

Ferrari. O que falar da Ferrari? Nada. Uma carroça, um aspirador de pó entupido (referência ao seu bico). É triste ver um piloto como Alonso abrindo passagem para os outros carros, sem sequer ter chance de brigar por posição. É triste ver Raikkonen, quase tomando uma volta de Ricciardo.

A F1 volta ao circuito da Áustria, Spielberg, casa da RBR, nos dias 20,21 e 22 de junho. Daqui a duas semanas. Com certeza as RBRs virão muito forte. Isso será bom para o campeonato. A hegemonia já foi quebrada no Canadá. As coisas começaram a esquentar!!

The Legacy of Brazilian World Cup

A lot of people ask himself if the Brazil World Cup will leave some kind of legacy to the people of Brazil or to the rest of the world.

I think that yes, but a bad legacy. 

The brazilian image to the world is samba, carnaval and mulatas. With the World Cup we will show another image to the people who come to Brazil. We'll show an image which the people maybe had listened but didn't want to believe.

We'll show the unpreparedness of our public administration who can't finish public projects like airports, metro, streets, public transports, health care, social care, public security. We'll show the TRUE BRAZIL to the world.

For Brazilians, will remain the feeling that the years passed and the story is always written the same way. They will have the certainty, once again, that their interests always comes after the interests of the rotten ruling political elite.

I heard a radio program on BBC in this week, and the journalist shows an interview with the Development Minister of Brasil in 1950, when the World Cup was disputed for the first time in Brasil. I can barely believe, but passed sixty four years the speech of the Sports Minister today is the same. Literaly the same speech:  ".....the priority now, to the nation isn't hospital or something else, the priority is build stadiums....."

 É claro que toda a vez que sentir a necessidade de comentar algo, irei postar independente da agenda acima. 

Também irei comentar toda a temporada da NFL assim que ela começar. Então, acredito que poderei acrescentar mais datas na agenda.

Estava pensando em comentar a temporada da MLB mas está dificil de acompanhar os jogos. A agenda dos jogos na ESPN está muito confusa. Quem sabe na próxima temporada.

#Monaco - Race

Como era de se esperar, ninguém passou ninguém em Monaco. Apesar de todo o charme da prova,  Monaco tem esse probleminha.

A única chance de Hamilton assumir a ponta era na largada ou em uma estratégia de Pit diferente de Rosberg. Na largada não houve a possibilidade, Rosberg largou bem e quando o safety car entrou por conta do acidente de Sutil, Hamilton queria ficar na pista com os pneus supermacios e fazer o pit mais tarde, tentando dessa forma superar Rosberg. Porém, a Mercedes mandou ele entrar e fazer o pit também. Hamilton falou pelo rádio "...não entendi porque entrei...".

Acho que depois da saída de pista de Rosberg no qualyfing, impedindo Hamilton de marcar um tempo melhor, a relação entre os dois azedou. A confirmação, na minha opinião, veio pelas expressões de Hamilton após a prova. A Mercedes terá muito trabalho pela frente para equalizar a relação entre os dois.

Ricciardo, novamente fez uma excelente corrida e atormentou Hamilton até o final na briga pelo 2º lugar, no final ficou com a terceira colocação. Alonso, coitado, conseguiu levar essa carroça chamada Ferrari ao 4º lugar. Há rumores de que o clima dentro da Ferrari está péssimo e que Montezemolo já tenha dado carta branca para Alonso fechar com a Mclaren para 2015.

Vettel abandonou logo no início e segue seu calvário de corridas não finalizadas em 2014. Raikkonen, com má sorte teve um pneu furado e precisou entrar duas vezes nos pits, no final terminou em 12º.

Massa fez uma ótima corrida usando a estratégia que Hamilton desejou ter usado. Quando todos foram aos pits na entrada do safety car, ele ficou e retardou ao máximo a troca dos pneus. No final chegou em 7º lugar depois de ter largado em 16º.

A próxima etapa está marcada para o dia 08/06 no Canadá. Hamilton costuma ter um ótimo desempenho nessa pista, então a promessa é de uma intensa disputa entre ele e Rosberg desde os treinos livres de sexta.

#Monaco 2014 - FP1/FP2

A temporada 2014 de Fórmula 1 chega a Mônaco. Uma pista desafiadora para os pilotos e um ambiente envolto em muito charme e elegância.

O primeiro treino, FP1, foi feito em condição de pista seca. Como trata-se de uma pista de rua o asfalto é muito escorregadio e pouco emborrachado. A medida que o treino foi desenvolvendo-se as condições melhoraram assim como os tempos de volta.

Hamilton foi o mais veloz com 1:18.271, seguido de Rosberg com 1:18.303. As duas Mercedes confimaram a sua supremacia.

Em sequência, Ricciardo marcou 1:18.506, Alonso 1:18.930 e Vettel  1:19.043. Entre esses três, o intrometido foi Alonso que conseguiu ficar a frente de Vettel.

Massa marcou o 16º tempo ficando atrás de Bottas que marcou o 7º tempo.

No segundo treino, FP2, choveu e a pista mostrou-se muito perigosa para os pilotos. Todo o "grip", a borracha que foi colocada no primeiro treino, foi levada pela chuva. Sendo assim, a maioria dos pilotos aguardou a pista secar para marcar tempos. Nessa condição, a surpresa foi o melhor tempo para Alonso com 1:18.482. Hamilton tentou de todas as formas superá-lo mas acabou na segunda posição, com 1:18.901.

Vettel foi o terceiro com 1:19.017. Felipe Massa, mais uma vez não foi bem e ficou em 11º com 1:20.394, atrás de seu companheiro Bottas, que marcou 1:19.421 na 5ª posição.

A previsão é que o qualifying seja feito em condição de pista seca. Acredito que a hierarquia entre os times será mantida, com exceção da Ferrari de Alonso. O espanhol deve beliscar um terceiro lugar no grid. 

Meu palpite para o qualifying é:

Pole - Lewis Hamilton

2º - Nico Rosberg

3º - Fernando Alonso

Education - Wrong Strategy

I was thinking about the education system in Brasil, and I reached a conclusion. The government is using a wrong strategy by years. The strategy is build schools and no "build" teachers.

In my opinion we need to invest on creating new teachers and on development of the current teachers. The government builds schools but doesn't has teachers to work, and if it has, the teachers doesn't have motivation to teach the students.

It's only a bad spend of a public money, because the construction of a school shows more than build a whole process to support the teachers. We need to invert the process. The process needs to start from the teachers to the schools.

The career of teacher should be a dream for each children in the school.We need to show for them that be a teacher in our country is dignified and profitable. The teaching career needs to be as the medical profession, an engineer, a lawyer, because without a teacher we will never have this kind of professionals.

I expect that sometime, someone can change this model and we can invert the game. I expect that sometime we could have a educated nation with people who have a critical thinking about things and can lead themselves and the destiny's of your country.
